If you need it occasionally or prefer to keep the shared mailbox separate from your mailbox, use the second method and open it in a new browser tab. Which way is better? If you want or need the mailbox always in the folder list, use the first method to add the shared folder. The shared mailbox will be listed at the end of the folder list.
